1. General Information
This "shop" is operated as an individual business by Thiago Silva, who is solely responsible for creating all photographs, products, and prints. My contact details are provided in the "Privacy Policy and Contact Information" section of this website.
2. Product Information
Products Offered: I sell prints, cards, and calendars, all of which are physical products.
Customization: Some products, especially calendars, can be customized based on your preferences.
Usage Restrictions: The purchased products can be used as gifts or for personal display (e.g., hanging on a wall). However, please respect copyright restrictions as the photographic work remains my intellectual property.
3. Order and Payment Process
Payment Method: All transactions are processed via PayPal. Additional PayPal fees may apply and will be visible before checkout.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary depending on the product and destination and are displayed in your shopping cart before completing the purchase. Beware that there are two different categories for the shipping of calendars. "EU and Switzerland Shipping" and "Germany shipping" Please choose the correct category, otherwise I will not be able to fulfill your order and will have to contact you for a refund process.
Order Handling: I manage all orders myself. Since all products are made to order, I will confirm your order via email within 48 hours. I will then proceed with customization and, if applicable, provide you with a preview before finalizing the product. The typical time to complete an order is up to 14 days before shipping.
Communication: I will keep you updated on the status of your order at each stage of the process.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Destinations: Calendars are shipped to Germany, Switzerland, and the EU. Cards can be shipped worldwide. For other destinations, please contact me for a shipping quote.
Shipping Carriers: I use DHL or DPD for shipping. The estimated total delivery time (from order intake until arrival at your door) is 30 days within Europe and 45 days for the rest of the world. Please contact me if your order has not arrived in time.
Damaged or Lost Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me for assistance. While I am not responsible for mishandling by the shipping company, I will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns: Non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Usually Cards are not customized, but can also be, calendars are customized in such that they are made for a specific year and language.
Refund Policy: I will issue a refund only if the returned item is in perfect, sellable condition. If the product is damaged upon return, 50% of the refund amount will be deducted.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Product Safety: I am not liable for any injuries (e.g., paper cuts) or damage resulting from the misuse of my products. Additionally, I am not responsible for any fire damage in which my products may have contributed (paper can catch fire).
7. Dispute Resolution
Handling Complaints: If you have any issues with your order or the product you received, please contact me directly at thiago@thiago-silva.com. I will do my best to resolve your concern in a fair and timely manner.
Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
